Trying to Access Pay Statements or W-2’s

• If you are trying to access your pay statements or W2s online and have a registration code from your employer, please register as a new user at My.ADP.com.
• Go to Forgot User ID or Password to retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
• You will still have access to ADP Self Service if you terminate your employment for three years after your separation date.
• Before you begin, you’ll need your registration code (acme-abc1 or 9A7B632F), as well as the URL of your ADP service website.
• Once you have retrieved your user ID, you will no longer be locked out.

What is the best way to contact my ADP administrator?
